The construction of the "New Kotelniki" residential quarter provides for 3 stages of construction: 14 variable-rise buildings with a height of 13 to 25 floors, 4 kindergartens with a total capacity of 630 children, a school with 1,500 seats, a medical center, a multifunctional administrative complex, as well as underground and ground parking lots.
In September 2019, 1 and 2 buildings of the New Kotelniki residential quarter were commissioned, and in May 2020, 3d building received permission to be commissioned.
According to the project, the company built and commissioned a kindergarten for 235 seats. The preschool educational institution is designed for nine groups for children from two to seven years of age; it provides all the necessary premises, as well as a play room, a gym and a medical unit.
